There's a stillness to this piece that we noticed the moment we finished it. We call it Sere, that quiet after the season turns, when everything has settled into itself. That's what this cuff carries.
We formed the five ridges by hand, drawing each bar out along the copper strip and running the chasing hammer down the length until the texture locked in. The wire wraps at the thirds we do last, winding and tightening by hand until they sit flush and hold everything together.
Copper has been worn against the wrist for a long time, longer than most people realize. The people who come back for a second piece, or a third, don't usually say much. They just know something is different when they wear it.
Each cuff is made by hand in small batches. Once this run is gone, it will be a while before we make more. We hope this one finds the wrist it's meant for.

HOW DO I KNOW IF IT'S REAL COPPER? + −
Pure copper isn't magnetic. Most of the copper jewelry sold online is either plated (a thin copper coating over a cheaper metal like steel or brass) or alloyed with enough iron or nickel to make it feel magnetic — that's the quickest way to spot a fake.
The test is simple:
- Grab any fridge magnet
- Hold it against your cuff, ring, or necklace
- If it sticks — even slightly — it isn't pure copper
- If it doesn't stick, you're holding the real thing
Every piece I make is 99.9% pure copper — never plated, never alloyed with cheap metals. Run the test on yours the day it arrives. If it ever fails, I'll refund you immediately.
