At Copper Soul, we place great importance on clear, transparent, and reliable delivery. Below you will find all the important information about our delivery areas, processing times, and shipping procedures.

1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe (EU & EEA), Australia, and New Zealand. Orders from other countries cannot be processed at this time.

2. Delivery Address
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are complete and correct, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or returns.

3. Order Cut-Off Time
Order cut-off time is 17:00 (5:00 PM) London time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. (Valid Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.)
Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Shipping Time
Once processed, your order will be shipped from our logistics centre. The average delivery time is:
6–11 working days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location and local carrier
Shipping time may vary due to:

The product itself is free — you pay only the shipping fee, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authorities on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
